Solidarity travelpooling is a unique social innovation, based on mutual assistance, on sharing and on social bond. It is aimed to connect people who encounter obstacles in their mobility with the other travelers who are willing to help and / or to save on their travel costs.

A « win-win » solution.

People with reduced mobility often need to be accompanied by a relative to move around, and need therefore to purchase two tickets (one for them, one for their relative). With Faciligo, the accompanied person pays only her ticket and an accompaniment package 50% to 70% cheaper than a second ticket. This accompaniment package is rewarded to the person who is assisting, the accompanist. On the other hand, the accompanist is free to recover his reward on his bank account, or to donate it to the charity association of his choice.

How does it work?

The Faciligo platform works for all type of transportation: airplane, carpool, metro, tramway... and even by foot ! It is very simple to use. You just need to know the starting point, the destination and the date of your next trip. We take care of putting you in touch with an accompanist or an accompanied, taking into account, if possible, your common interests, your affinities, but also the specific skills and needs that the accompaniment of certain handicaps requires. The accompanist has to help the accompanied to get in and out of the transportation and to stay with him along the trip.

Launched in July 2016 by Hind Emad and Moussa Bouasba, Faciligo is a social network that facilitates mobility for everyone by connecting travelers with reduced mobility (PMR) with travelers willing to help. Faciligo is a service that works in all type of transportation, for short or long trips. The goal is to allow everyone traveling "better and cheaper". Faciligo thus generalizes mutual assistance and encourages more solidarity.
